On Thursday, December 7th, Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation celebrated “A Christmas Evening” at the Columbus Citizens Foundation, a townhouse in New York City adorned with festive Christmas trees and magical holiday scenes throughout.
Over 100 guests were in attendance, including Michael D. Sapraicone, 2023 Advent STAR Award Recipient and THF board member; Most Reverend John O. Barres, Bishop of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, who closed the evening’s program with his benediction; Father Eric Fasano, Vicar General of the Diocese of Rockville Centre; and Father Matthew Browne, Bishop’s Delegate to the Department of Education.
His Eminence Timothy Cardinal Dolan of the Archdiocese of New York sent a surprise video message fondly recounting his Catholic elementary school experience, paying tribute to Michael D. Sapraicone as the evening’s honoree, and thanking everyone for their support of Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation’s mission. Click here to watch the Cardinal’s full message.
